Release Notes – Q3 2025

Newsletter analytics, design upgrades, and intranet access from Teams

Our third release of 2025 is full of new tools to help internal communicators create, customize, and measure their newsletters more effectively, plus a brand new way to bring your intranet experience into Microsoft Teams. This release is all about reach, relevance, and ease of access. Let’s dive into what’s new this quarter.

Newsletter enhancements: More design freedom

Fresh’s Newsletter feature continues to evolve, and this release brings even more creative flexibility for communicators. You can now:

  • Add custom image headers and footers
  • Use a new “Letter” template for more traditional, long-form messages
  • Group items and apply headings for clearer structure

These enhancements make it easier to align your newsletters with corporate branding, personalize your content, and create a polished, professional look for every send.

Whether you’re highlighting company news or sending a heartfelt message from leadership, your newsletters can now match the tone and format you need.

Newsletter analytics: Track opens, clicks, and impact

You asked for it, and now it’s here. Newsletter analytics is a powerful new capability that gives communicators the insights they need to understand what’s working (and what’s not).

With newsletter analytics, you can:

  • Measure open and click rates over time
  • Drill down into performance for individual newsletters
  • Compare delivery volume to actual engagement
  • Enable or disable analytics per newsletter

It’s a simple way to see what resonates, fine-tune your communication strategy, and prove the value of your internal updates.

Teams Intranet App: A new way to access Fresh

Not using Viva Connections? No problem. The new Fresh Teams Intranet App offers a flexible way to bring your Fresh intranet directly into Microsoft Teams, on both desktop and mobile.

With the Teams Intranet App, you can:

  • Use Teams as a browser to access your intranet.
  • Provide users with personalized landing experiences (e.g., homepage or department page).
  • Deliver tailored experiences in multi-instance environments (multiple intranets).
  • Ensure easy, consistent intranet access for every user, wherever they are.

It’s a game changer for organizations looking to centralize the employee experience inside Teams without relying on Viva.

Looking ahead

Whether you’re sending better newsletters, measuring their impact, or bringing your intranet closer to where work happens, the Q3 2025 release is here to elevate how you connect with your people, with even more features and enhancements waiting for you to explore.

If you’re an existing Fresh customer, your Customer Success Manager will share more details with you at your next meeting.
