Redesigned Profile panel: A fresh look and enhanced functionality
The Profile panel has been a key part of Fresh Intranet from the very beginning, but it’s time for a glow-up. With this release, the panel gets a full redesign and even more customization options, making it a powerful tool for employee connectivity.
The new design not only looks great but also helps employees connect more effectively. With personalized actions like starting a chat or email directly from the profile, navigating the organizational structure through an intuitive org chart, or recognizing peers with badges, this feature fosters collaboration and engagement. AI continues to transform the way we interact with our intranet, and this update brings FreshMind’s intelligent AI-driven chat into your search experience.
Instead of traditional searches, employees can now engage in natural, conversational queries and get precise answers instantly. The AI chatbot can suggest the most relevant content, reducing time spent searching and boosting productivity. Whether accessed from the global navigation, search page, or a search box web part, this feature ensures employees can quickly uncover the insights they need without breaking their workflow.
This powerful integration makes finding the right information as easy as asking a question, ensuring that employees spend less time searching and more time achieving.

FreshMind takes smarter content discovery to a new level by respecting user permissions and ensuring audience-targeted access to information. The AI chatbot retrieves content based on what each user is authorized to view, enhancing security and maintaining strict access controls. By searching within specific, permission-controlled content areas, FreshMind delivers personalized, relevant results to the right people—without compromising sensitive data.
