Release Notes – Q1 2026

We’re kicking off 2026 with a release that’s all about the things that actually matter: making sure everyone can use your intranet, keeping everything feeling native to Microsoft 365, and acting on what you’ve been telling us. Less faff, more progress.

Accessibility: WCAG 2.2 AAA compliant

Fresh is WCAG 2.2 AAA compliant, ensuring your SharePoint intranet meets the highest global accessibility standards. Every person in your organisation deserves a brilliant intranet experience, regardless of ability or device. This gets you there.

We said accessibility would be at the heart of everything we do. WCAG 2.2 AAA is us putting our money where our mouth is. Usability and inclusivity across the entire product, raised to the highest standard. And we’re not stopping here.

Save it now, read it later

You can now use Save for later seamlessly across Fresh, working exactly the way Microsoft handles bookmarking and favourites. No learning curve, no surprises.

  • Consistent workflow: Saved items work just like they do across Microsoft 365. Favourite a document in Word, save a news post in SharePoint to read later. It all feels familiar, because it is.
  • Seamless integration: Your saved content shows up in Fresh components as well as in Viva Connections and SharePoint’s Saved for later web part. One experience, everywhere your employees need it.

Fresh evolves alongside Microsoft 365 so your SharePoint intranet always feels native, connected, and ready for what’s next.

You asked, we built it: Updates shaped by your feedback

A good chunk of this release comes straight from you. Client requests, usability niggles, reporting tweaks that make managing your content simpler and faster. The kind of stuff that makes your day a little easier.

When you tell us something, we do something about it. Fresh is shaped by the people who use it every day, and this release is proof of that. Your feedback genuinely drives what we build next.

What’s coming next

We’re already deep into the next release. Expect more personalised intranet pages, new display styles, and richer visual controls to make your content shine.

Behind the scenes, we’re investing in AI-powered search, smarter reasoning in FreshMind, and a completely refreshed feedback experience. Plenty to look forward to. We’ll share more as things take shape.

Features and mockups shown here are early previews and may change as development progresses. The final product might look a little different.

This Q1 2026 release makes your SharePoint intranet more inclusive, more aligned with Microsoft 365, and more shaped by what you actually need. If you’re already a Fresh client, your Customer Success Manager will walk you through the details at your next catch-up.

Curious to see Fresh in action? We’d love to show you around.
