We’re kicking off 2026 with a release that’s all about the things that actually matter: making sure everyone can use your intranet, keeping everything feeling native to Microsoft 365, and acting on what you’ve been telling us. Less faff, more progress.

You can now use Save for later seamlessly across Fresh, working exactly the way Microsoft handles bookmarking and favourites. No learning curve, no surprises.
- Consistent workflow: Saved items work just like they do across Microsoft 365. Favourite a document in Word, save a news post in SharePoint to read later. It all feels familiar, because it is.
